The Initial Contact Process

Upon initial contact we will allocate you a Consultant who will ensure that your Job and Person Specifications are accurately defined, and thereafter matched to suitable Candidates.

Our interviewing and reference checking systems are robust thereby ensuring that you are kept updated on all aspects of a Candidate's work history, experience and qualifications. These include two references, a disclosure from the CRB and List 99. We can select and direct Candidates to your site for immediate start or where necessary, provide CV's of suitable candidates and arrange interviews to allow you to make the final selection of staff.

Geographical Location

Based in London we are ideally placed to supply staff throughout. We have established relationships with a wide range of Schools and Boroughs from Newham to Barnet to small Independent Schools and welcome any enquiry for the supply of staff - Permanent or Temporary.

Terms of Business

Terms of business will remain favourable and competitive with a written contract provided detailing the outcome of discussions.
